In 2006, Dr. Terrie Briggs and Tim Bridgman opened Banner Literacy, with the hopes of helping students who struggled with reading disabilities and other areas of literacy underachievement. Together, Dr. Briggs and Mr. Bridgman have provided dyslexia intervention, writing help, and other services to help students become better readers and writers.

Banner Literacy is located on the North Shore, in Wilmette, IL near Lake and Green Bay Rd.
